ISTA+ BMW DOWNLOAD OPTIONS

I have downloaded one duplicate from below however it arrived with no Guidance of setup and I can not work out the best way to established it up?Also, for Stage 10, there is a change in phrasing between the Recommendations and This system. It did not ask for a supplier ID, I can't remember what it really explained but I kinda assumed that intended
